Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish strong business relationships with relevant hospital personnel and successfully fulfill clinical sales objectives.
2. Establish and continuously update customer profiles;
3. Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities at all times.
4. Ensure accurate monitoring of inventory levels and batch numbers in the hospital's pharmacy and drug storage areas, preventing shortages, overstocking, misplacement of medications, and the presence of near-expiry or expired drugs.
5. Based on the hospital's实际情况, assist the provincial/regional manager in organizing small-scale academic conferences at the hospital.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as medicine, pharmacy, and clinical studies;
2. More than one year of experience as a medical representative, with a background in oncology pharmaceuticals and prior experience working at a multinational company preferred;
3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling prescription drugs and oncology medications.
4. Highly dedicated and driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.
