President&General Manager—Bai Xianhong
Bai Xianhong, senior researcher, is one of pioneers in China to be engaged in the research of molecular immunology and monoclonal antibodies. Mr. Bai graduates from the Dept. of Environmental Engineering Tsinghua University in 1978, used to work in the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2000, Mr. Bai Xianhong establishes Biotech Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (“BPL”) along with shareholders from Cuba, since then he undertakes the position of Chairman of Board of Directors and General Manager.
Mr. Bai has been awarded with “Medal of Friendship” of the Republic of Cuba issued by the State Council of Cuba, enjoyed the Special Allowances issued by the State Council of China, won the “Boda Contribution Award” and awarded the honorary titles of “BDA Oversea High-level Talents” and “Top Ten Outstanding Person” issued by Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone.

They possess robust capabilities in rapidly planning, executing, and translating clinical projects—from gaining deep customer insights and crafting tailored strategies to ensuring seamless clinical execution. This integrated approach enables end-to-end management, driving the discovery and enhancement of product value while extending the product lifecycle from both a medical science and patient-benefit perspective.
