Job Responsibilities:

1. Development of Phase II and III clinical study/IIT clinical study protocols, along with preparation of related medical documents, including clinical trial protocols, CRFs, ICFs, investigator’s manuals, CSR reports, and more.
2. Medical support throughout the clinical trial project management process, including subject enrollment review, PV review, data governance, and more;
3. Develop medical plans aligned with the product's market strategy, closely monitor cutting-edge medical insights, and collaborate with the marketing team to provide product-related medical support.
4. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams on KOL management and maintenance, and assist in establishing academic partnerships.
5. Organize and convene professional academic conferences to disseminate field- and product-related scholarly information, gather expert insights, and develop corresponding medical strategies.
6. Provide cross-departmental colleagues with academic support tailored to their needs, including scientific advice, medical reviews, clinical consultations, and academic training, among other services.
7. Creating medical professional materials.

Job requirements:

1. Candidates with a master’s degree or higher in a clinical medicine-related field are preferred, especially those with experience in the clinical oncology area.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in registering clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies.
3. Possesses outstanding communication and coordination skills, influence, leadership abilities, as well as strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
4. Proficient skills in medical writing—both in Chinese and English—and advanced literature retrieval abilities.
