Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing and validating methods to assess drug activity, including ADCC, CDC, and the luciferase reporter gene assay.
2. Responsible for establishing a streamlined handover process with the drug discovery team, ensuring timely completion of screening and activity assays, and delivering a comprehensive report.
3. Responsible for building and managing the drug screening team to enhance screening efficiency;
4. Design drug activity screening and assay protocols, and develop methodologies tailored to the specific needs of different projects.
5. Regularly compile work reports and submit them to your superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree with 5+ years of work experience in related fields such as immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry; or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
2. Familiar with analytical and detection techniques such as ELISA and FACS;
3. Fluent in English reading and writing, well-versed in industry-specific journals, and proficient in conducting research using them.
