Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and development of protein drug purification processes, as well as process scale-up.
2. Design an effective, stable, and scalable downstream process solution;
3. Developing new protein purification technologies;
4. Participate in process scale-up production;
5. Facilitating technology transfer from R&D to production-scale scaling;
6. Proficient in antivirus verification;
7. Proficient in DOE process development and process route exploration.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in bioengineering, protein purification, biochemistry, or a related field;
2. Possesses strong English reading and writing skills, capable of independently drafting English documents.
3. Possesses strong teamwork skills and a quick learner;
4. Capable of promptly identifying issues during project execution and addressing them in a timely manner, with strong coordination skills; demonstrates excellent teamwork and a strong sense of dedication.
