Job responsibilities:

1. Leveraging its extensive expertise in therapeutic antibody development, the team engages in R&D activities that include antigen design, establishment of screening strategies, antibody characterization, as well as sequence analysis and optimization.
2. As the primary leader, I am responsible for preclinical research and development of tumor immunotherapy or targeted therapeutic antibody drug candidates, with a particular focus on overall project planning, execution, and advancement.
3. By conducting literature reviews and other intelligence-gathering methods, identify innovative drug project topics and report them to the company to initiate related research and development efforts.

Job Requirements:

1. Majors in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and related fields;
2. With experience in therapeutic antibody development and familiar with the antibody drug discovery process;
3. A solid foundation in English reading and writing, enabling the ability to read literature and design bio-screening protocols.
