Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for antibody engineering molecular design, vector construction, antibody humanization, affinity maturation, and Fc engineering.
- Target validation; including literature review, data collection, and designing experimental plans/technical approaches.
- Responsible for the initiation and execution of antibody drug R&D projects.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding recent PhD graduates in related fields such as biology, molecular biology, immunology, clinical medicine, and bioinformatics.
- Proficient in using SmapGene or similar software; prior experience with BioLuminate Schrodinger, Discovery Studio, and other comparable tools is preferred.
- Works diligently, meticulously, and with great attention to detail, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, a collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
