Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting patent application documents (the claims section);
2. Responsible for technical work, patent novelty searches, and research on relevant materials;
3. Organizing the application and maintenance of intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks;
4. Responsible for patent acquisition and involved in the patent evaluation of the company's incoming projects;
5. Develop the company's intellectual property planning and strategies;
6. Develop the company's intellectual property management system;
7. Conducting patent searches and analyses for major cases involving alleged infringement, to inform decision-making;
8. Handling litigation cases related to patent infringement enforcement;
9. Internal intellectual property training;
10. Responsible for coordinating with patent-related and other relevant organizations, among other tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher; priority will be given to candidates with experience in drafting biopharmaceutical-related patents.
2. Proactively and diligently approach tasks, demonstrating the ability to handle moderate work pressure while maintaining strong independent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
3. Preference will be given to candidates holding a patent agent certificate.
