On November 29, 2011, China Central News Channel's International News reported the groundbreaking development of Cuba’s CIMA vax-EGF lung cancer vaccine, created by experts at Cuba’s Center for Molecular Immunology. Clinical trials conducted in Cuba, the UK, Canada, and Malaysia involving over 800 patients with advanced-stage lung cancer demonstrated that the vaccine significantly improved survival rates. Currently, the vaccine is in Phase III clinical trials in Cuba, while domestically, no vax-EGF lung cancer vaccine is yet available for sale or undergoing clinical testing.
If clinical trials for this vaccine are conducted domestically, BIOTECH PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD will announce the news immediately—stay tuned!
