On March 21, 2019, Wang Fang, Director of the Publicity Department of the Beijing Women's Federation, along with Cao Wei, Director of the Biomedical Division at the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Wang Jianqing, Director of the Women's Work Committee, visited BIOTECH PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD for a research visit. Representatives who were recipients of the March 8th Red Flag Medal—He Lihua, Deputy General Manager of BIOTECH PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD; Chu Aiping, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Wansheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Jin Yiqun, General Manager of Beijing Wuhe Bo'ao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; and Xie Suhua, Dean of Beijing Tongrentang (Group) Co., Ltd.—were invited to join the调研座谈 (research discussion meeting).

At the symposium, Director Wang Jianqing from the Women's Committee of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission first explained that the purpose of this research visit was to provide the leaders of the Municipal Women's Federation with an in-depth understanding of Beijing's biopharmaceutical industry—as well as its outstanding female entrepreneur representatives. Following this, Director Cao Wei from the Biopharmaceutical Division presented a detailed overview of Beijing's biopharmaceutical sector. His presentation was rich in data and thoroughly informative, leaving all attendees with a fresh and comprehensive grasp of the city's biotech landscape. Additionally, Director Cao emphasized the critical importance of the biopharmaceutical industry and highlighted the strong support it has received from Beijing's top leadership. He encouraged entrepreneurs in the sector to seize emerging opportunities and collaborate closely with the government to jointly drive the growth of both their businesses and Beijing's thriving biopharmaceutical industry.

Afterward, He Lihua, Deputy General Manager of Baitai, briefed the visiting leaders and industry peers on Baitai’s development progress, company products, and future growth plans. Meanwhile, other female entrepreneur representatives also shared insights into their respective businesses and engaged in brief discussions about industry trends. All attendees expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Municipal Science and Technology Commission’s longstanding support and care for their enterprises.

Finally, Wang Fang, Director of the Publicity Department of the Municipal Women's Federation, expressed gratitude to the Municipal Science and Technology Commission for providing valuable research opportunities and for inviting female entrepreneur representatives to participate in the study. She noted that the调研 has deepened their understanding of Beijing’s biopharmaceutical enterprises and left a lasting impression with everyone’s unwavering commitment to "innovation." Director Wang also shared an overview of the Women's Federation’s key initiatives, emphasizing that the organization will continue to safeguard women’s rights, promote women’s development, and actively identify and recommend outstanding female science and technology professionals and entrepreneurs for recognition—highlighting women’s exemplary roles in society.

Accompanied by He Lihua, Deputy General Manager of Baitai, and colleagues from the Production Department, the visiting leaders and entrepreneurs also toured Baitai's product manufacturing facilities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's production processes and operations.

After the meeting, all attendees gathered for a group photo at Baitai. Following this research discussion, Baitai will, in accordance with the relevant directives from leaders of the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, unite with female colleagues, safeguard women's rights and interests, and promote women's development. Moving forward, Baitai will continue to enhance its independent innovation capabilities, contributing actively to the advancement of China's biopharmaceutical technology industry.
