On October 26, 2021, the National Exhibition of Science and Technology Achievements from the 13th Five-Year Plan opened at the Beijing Exhibition Hall. Featuring the theme "Innovation Drives Development, Advancing Toward a Science-and-Technology Powerhouse," the exhibition showcased more than 1,300 physical exhibits and over 200 models across 12 distinct display areas. Biotech Pharma proudly presented its flagship product, TaiXinSheng®, as a significant scientific and technological achievement at this event.

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission; Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee; Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Zhao Leji, and Han Zheng—along with Vice President Wang Qishan—each visited the exhibition individually.

On the afternoon of the 26th, while visiting the National Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Achievements from the 13th Five-Year Plan period, President Xi Jinping emphasized that during the 13th Five-Year Plan, China’s science and technology sector accelerated its development, with innovation capabilities significantly enhanced. Notably, major scientific breakthroughs were made in fields such as basic research, cutting-edge technologies, strategic high-tech applications, and technologies benefiting people’s livelihoods. These achievements are the result of the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, as well as the concerted efforts of the entire Party, the nation—and especially the vast community of science and technology professionals. Today, China has embarked on a new journey toward fully building a modern socialist country. In this context, scientific and technological innovation occupies a vitally important position and plays a pivotal role in the overall development of the Party and the nation. As such, all Chinese scientists and engineers are called upon to stay at the forefront of global scientific progress, focus on key areas driving economic growth, address critical national needs, and prioritize public health and well-being. They must remain steadfast in their confidence in innovation, seize every opportunity for advancement, courageously scale the heights of scientific and technological excellence, tackle pressing developmental challenges head-on, and wholeheartedly embrace their noble historical mission. By doing so, they can accelerate the drive toward achieving high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology—contributing even more significantly to China’s goal of becoming a world-class scientific powerhouse and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
